Our Providers are certified DOT Medical Examiners.
You can walk in and get your DOT Physical at any of our locations, any day of the week.
You must bring your medications, results of any recent testing or consultations, eyeglasses and hearing aid if any.
Remember to bring:
Current medications, eye glasses and hearing aids if any.
What to expect:
Your DOT Physical includes a brief history and physical examination including blood pressure check, vision & hearing tests, blood pressure and urinalysis.
